A HODPODGE POST!!!!
Craft
Let's make shelves for dolls!
What you'll need:- An AG outfit or accessory box (or a box around that size)
- Two sheets of thin cardboard
- 2-4 sheets of scrapbook paper
- Scissors
- Glue (Glue sticks work best. If you don't have one, put a little glue in a bowl and use a paintbrush to apply)
- Pencil
- Packing Tape
- Your imagination!
1. Cut the lid and side flaps off of the box.
2. Trace the bottom of your box onto the back of your scrapbook paper.
3. Cut it out.
4. Apply glue to the bottom of your box. Glue down the paper you just cut out fancy side up.
5. Trace the side of the box two times (or as many as you want, considering how many shelves you want).
6. Cut out.
7. Cover with scrapbook paper by applying glue, laying it flat on paper, folding the paper over, and trimming the excess.
8. Trace all four sides of the box and cut out.
9. Glue to the inside sides of the box.10. Trim the excess. If your box isn't decorated on the outside, repeat steps 8-10, but glue on the outside of the box.
11. Use packing tape strips as brackets and secure the shelf in place. Repeat for the other shelf(ves).
And your done!
Guess what? I GOT A NEW DOLLLLLLLL!!!!!!
Meet Mini Saige! I saved up for her, and then my dad surprised me by taking me to Barns and Noble to buy her!
The back of her box.
Without the plastic.

Her AWESOME book! I don't recommend this one for actually reading (unless you're a doll!) But the girl sized one is FANTASTIC!!!!
I LOVE her!

ReplyDeleteNina-here are the interview answers. Sorry they took so long!
ReplyDelete1: Nicki and Julie, who we got for Christmas 2007.
2: We have a variety of customized dolls on our wishlist, and hope to get them over the next few years.
3: Probably getting a comment or followers, or just hearing that people like our blog. Also, meeting new friends.
4: The Brocade Holiday Dress for sure, although we'd have to see it in person before buying it.
5: We had read a lot of blogs, and thought it would be fun to start our own.
Thanks!
Oh, and I did post this, but I was using Agdollswithablog as a username, so I deleted it and used Tarynn as a name instead. Sorry!
Thanks Tarynn! I'll post it today!
