Reader Submission and a Tag!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while! I've had a lot of computer issues, but I'm working on them;)


Maria, one of AGA's readers and owner of one of my favorite blogs, My Simple Sweet Dollhouses, sent me some ADORABLE pictures of toddler Anna and Elsa! Here they are:

What is your favorite hobby? This is so hard! I do ballet, violin, piano, orchestra, ice skating, theater, swim, photography, writing, and movie making. I think its a dead tie;D
(Be honest) Do you like getting gifts or receiving them? Honestly, giving gifts. i love watching people's faces light up when you give them a sweet gift. But don't get me wrong, i like being on the other end too;)
What is your favorite beach activities? Exploring! I want to be a marine biologist when I get older, so I love sticking on my goggles and looking at the fish underwater. And I lovelovelove taking pictures at the beach!
What is your opinion on AG's prices? Steep. But for the most part fair. Give or take a few items, you really get what you pay for with AG. Their products are really good quality, and with about 75% of their products, I'd be happy to pay the price.
Dog or cat person? Both! I love playing with dogs and snuggling with kittens:)
What is your favorite movie? Ugh these questions are hard!;) I have a bunch (in no order): Frozen, Tangled, Beauty and the Beast, Brave, Pocahontas, The Little Mermaid, Mulan, Divergent, The Fault in our Stars, Harry Potter, The Hunger Games and Catching Fire, every AG movie (especially Felicity, Molly, and Saige) and Barbie Princess and the PauperXD
What is your least favorite movie? The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones. Which bites because The Mortal Instruments is high up there on my favorite book series list, and Kevin Zegers made such a good Alec, but they really messed up the book:(
Favorite doll line? AG! I may be a little biased;)
Spring or Fall? Both! I love them for different reasons. I love spring because where I live, we have excruciatingly long winters, and spring means sun again;) But I love fall because my birthday's in fall, and the first day of school. Plus I love fall weather, when it's breezy and sunny, so you can put a jacket on and bike ride while being attacked by leaves;) So I guess fall!:D

Never Grow up's Frozen Blog Party- My Answers to the Questions!

Yes, I am still obsessed with Frozen. And at beastsbelles's blog, Never Grow Up, there is an amazing Frozen Blog Party going on, along with an awesome giveaway. She also came up with some Frozen questions, which I am going to answer! Feel free to answer them too!

   1. Who is your favorite Frozen character (or characters) and why?

   Hmm… I LOVE Elsa! She's so pretty, and I love her dress, and her ice powers are amazing! I love Anna too, because I can relate to her and she's funny:) Kristoff is also a great character, with bios layered personality. And how can you forget Olaf, who's just plain hilarious?

   2. Which is your favorite Frozen song (or songs) and why?

   Another hard one! Let It Go is probably my favorite, but I also love Love Is An Open Door, In Summer, For the First Time in Forever, For the First Time in Forever Reprise, Do You Want to nBuild a Snowman, and Fixer Upper:)

   3. If you could make one change to the movie, what would it be?

   I'd change that Elsa's amazing ice castle ends up getting destroyed:( 

   4. Would you want to see a Frozen sequel?  What would you want it to be about?

    Surprisingly, no. A sequel would take away from the magic that is Frozen.

   5.  Ice Palace or Arendelle Castle?

   Ice Palace! It's so amazing! I'd just bring some blankets;)

   6.  If you could choose a sidekick from the movie, would you choose Sven or Olaf?  Why?

   Olaf! He'd keep me company and keep me laughing!

   7.  Do you think all men pick their noses, as Kristoff claimed?

   No? I don't think they do…

   8. Which Frozen character is the most like you (or the one you relate to most) and why?  

   Anna! I am awkward, clumsy, and need to listen better. But I can also relate to Elsa. Sometimes I'm scared to be myself, and my younger brother never listens to me;)

   9.  How many times have you seen Frozen so far? 

4! And watching it again Friday night!

Yes! I sew a lot!

2. One or two of your favorite books
Only one or two? Might have to bend that a little;) The Hunger Games series, The Fault in Our Stars, the Divergent series, the Delirium series, the Legend series, pretty much all AG books, Midnight in the Dollhouse, and the Misspellars! Yeah, I read a lot.

3. If a frog walked up to you and licked your shirt, what would you think he was thinking?
Probably "Do colors have flavors?"

4. Do you like pink?
I LOVE pink!

5. What would you grab if your house was on fire?
My dolls, books, iPod, camera, Nina the Shark, my goldfish Blackback, and a tote to carry it all in;)

6. Do you enjoy photography?
*cough cough* Yes!!! I love taking pictures so much!

7. What are you best at drawing? (The better question: can you draw? XD)
I can draw manatees and that's itXD

8. Do you have any allergies?
Yes. My friends say I have the weirdest allergies;) I'm allergic to pine trees, coconut, juniper bush, and rosemary.

9. Are you a science and math girl or a reading and writing girl (or both, like me)?
Both! I love school so much! But science is my favorite out of all of those.

10. What do you like about yourself?
This might sound weird, but I love my eye color. It changes with my mood. I also love my hair color and how I'm not afraid of public speaking or being on stage!

11. Would you rather dress up or wear sweats to the prom?

Oh, I'd need to find the perfect prom dress! Every special occasion requires the perfect dress! Right now I'm looking for that amazing dress for the ballroom dance competition at school!

Question Time!

1.  Why did you start blogging?
    Well, we were on our way home from a road trip, and I all the sudden said, "I should start a blog." And the rest is history:)
2.  What is your fashion style?
    Nerdy. I'm always that girl wearing the collared shirts and Mary Janes:)

3.  What is something your followers don't know about you?
    Ummm... I'm right handed, I'm allergic to pine trees, coconut, juniper bush, and rosemary, I can walk to my cousins' house, I have a special surprise being announced later :x

4.  What is one of your blogging goals?
     To post more and to make new friends!

5.  Where is your favorite place to shop?
    Target, Toys R Us, The AG store;)

6.  What would your ideal amount of followers be?
    I'd rather have three followers that comment and read this and are my friends than three hundred that are ghosts:) Thanks for getting my to 31 followers!!!!! 

7.  What are your talents?
   I play the violin, am in Scrabble Club, ballet, orchestra, joining choir (hope I make it!), act, can play a little piano, swimming, and writing.

8.  Are you a leader or a follower?
   LEADER!!! I'm 100% outgoing, and I LOVE being in charge! Another weird fact about me, I LOVE public speaking! All eyes are on ME, so I'm the center of attention!

9.  What is your favorite quote?

10.  Do you have a favorite book or book series?
     Wellllll, I read for at least an hour a day, but my favorites are all AG books, Percy Jackson, Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Catching Fire, Mockingjay, The Misspellers, Wonderstruck, The Invention of Hugo Cabret, The Doll People, The Meanest Doll in the World, Midnight in the Dollhouse, Nancy Drew, Delirium, Pandemonium, Requiem, Divergent, Insurgent, The Wrong Channel, and Touch Blue.

11.   Out of all the synonyms for elegant, which would you describe yourself with (smart, dressy, stylish, graceful, or fine)?
   Ummm... Smart, I guess I do pretty well in school. I did get honor role 8 consecutive times, and I haven't set anything on fire (yet, and I have come pretty close), so I guess I'm smart. Dressy, yes. Everyone always says I'm "too fancy" for the occasion. Stylish, NO. I hate jeans, short shorts make me cringe (when they're on me), sneakers and TOMS are just NOT me, so really, NO. Graceful, no, I say, as I fall on my face. Sure I can stay upright in ballet and pull of shenés, but there is an ongoing saying in my class- "I don't know how many times a day I hear 'Waaaah, clunk, ''I'm okay!"'":I Fine? I don't even know.

12.   What is your favorite flower?
     I love lilacs and roses, but ALL flowers are pretty!

Hi everyone! I have three tags to do! First is the Dolly Tag! I got tagged by Dollygirl! Here it is!

1. If you could create any American Girl doll, what would she look like, and what would her name be?

I would create one that has black curly hair to her waist, forest green eyes, and Mia's freckles! She would be a GOTY named Erika. (Comment if you want to see the first few chapters of her book!)

2. What American Girl dolls do you have?

I have Mary (#23), Ruthie, Lanie, Caroline, and Saige! And if you count mini dolls, I have Felicity and Elizabeth!

3. Do you have any non-AG 18 inch dolls?

Yes! I have an Our Generation named Alejandra (but I call her Alex) and a Springfield Olivia renamed Addison Olivia Penelope Rose (I just call her Addison)!

4. What is your absolute favorite brand of dolls?

American Girl!

5. What is the next doll (AG or non-AG) that you want to get?

MOLLY!!!!! Sorry...

6. What is your favorite thing to do with your dolls?

I do their hair, make stopmotions, set then up, but mostly PLAY!

7. Do you have a place for your dolls, like a corner of a room, where their's beds and stuff?

Yes! It is a whole dollhouse (in progress)! I hope to finish it this summer!

8. Would you rather use the computer/watch TV/play on your phone of electronical device/play video games or play with your dolls?

DOLLS!

9. If your parents told you that you could only have one doll, what would you do?

Hide the rest of them in my closet!XD

10. Have you ever found an American Girl brand item (can be anything) at a second-hand store?

Yes! I've found a couple books!

11. Do your friends share your love for dolls?

Pretty much everyone in my class has an AG, but only 7 people still actually play with them.:(

12. What is your favorite non-AG doll brand?

Springfield, H4H, OG, Barbie, La Dee Da, Mme. Alexander, and Disney!

13. Where do you get your inspiration?

Some from other blogs, some from life experiences, and some just from my head:)

14. Does anyone in your family share your love for dolls?

My mom likes to help me with their hair, and she encourages my love for dolls.
