BeForever

Today, BeForever came out.

And I love it even more than I thought I would.

Here's everything that came out and how much I love it.

Samantha's back! She looks great in this pink dress! I love everything about her!
Her accessories are so cute! I love the locket especially, and the headband!
This is so cute! I love the shirt!
Okay. Not my favorite, but it's still cute.
This is awesome! It doesn't seem especially historically accurate, but I still love it!
 Aww!
 Overly expensive. But pretty!
Jip is so adorable! A little furry though...
 I love Samantha's bedtime accessories!
 Loving that hat!
o_O I love this. I don't really want it, because I have Caroline's bed, but its incredibly detailed!
I don't like doll bikes for some reason… they just seem… pointless.
This ice cream parlor is amazing! Look at that detail! It's extremely big and expensive, but it's so cute!
I like Samantha's dress for girls. I don't love it (especially the headband), but I like it.
KIT!!! I love Kit's new outfits, Kit's new accessories, Kit's new books, KIT. BeForever was good to you, Kit!
Another thing I forgot to mention is that you can buy the meet outfits separate from the dolls. I want Samantha's, Kit's, Addy's, Josefina's, and Rebecca'sXD
YES. This is what we want, AG! A typewriter! I like this set better than the (really) old one!
I love the bakelite bracelet, and that hat!
I would wear this. Maybe without the vest, but I would wear this.
I Love this outfit so much!
I love this outfit! I would totally wear this! Especially the skirt!
Caroline! She didn't get a new meet outfit, but she's fairly new and didn't need one.
AWW! I love this dress! It looks a little cheaply made though...
 Reminds me of Cecile's...
O_OYes. I don't think words can describe how much I LOVE this outfit. I want this. I'd wear it every. Single. Day. Not kidding.
Addy! Blue looks great on her!
 I love her accessories!
I LOVE her school outfit! It's so cute!
This is so cool and so book accurate!
I love this dress!
Kaya! She didn't get a new meet outfit either (I think).
This is so cool! It's a Nez Perce hair kit!
I think Saige would love this outfit! (I do too:)
 Rebecca! I love her outfit!
 Rebecca's accessories are so adorable!
Cuteness OVERLOAD! That director's chair, and the clapperboard! Every movie maker's dream!
I love how book accurate this set is! The old one wasn't as accurate.
I love Rebecca's inspired dress! It's so me!
Julie. My least favorite. She's giving me a headache.
 ...
 Those boots…o_o
 This coat…o_o
This dress is okay, I like the sleeves.
I like the monkeys and that's about it.
XD a doll egg chair

And that's BeForever! What do you think? Comment below!
But first, there are a few new books! I love this one!
 This is so coolXD
 Awesome!

 These are so neat!
I need this book because I'm extremely randomXD

Overall, I really like BeForever and my birthday list expanded by three pagesXD

But really. I think it will inspire girls to stay young forever and be themselves. It's a great idea to center the line on the idea that it doesn't matter what time period- we're all the same. I love it and I always will.

Tell me your thoughts!

Have a great day!

Random Thoughts- BeForever

Sorry my vacation post is taking so long! It'll be up Friday, I promise!

As you may or may not know, AG's Historical revamp, BeForever, comes out tomorrow. And honestly, I'm excited! I think it will bring some much-needed attention to the Historical line.

Everyone's talking about Samantha coming back, too. I'm happy about that as well. Though, honestly, it annoys me that everyone's complaining that her meet outfit is pink.

Here are all the new meet outfits. Other than Caroline and Samantha, do you see any pink? In my opinion, they evenly balanced out the colors. If you like bright warm colors, there's Julie and Josefina. If you like calmer cool colors, there's Kit and Addy. If you like neutral colors, there's Kaya. And if you like pink (remember AG's target age is eight), there's Caroline and Samantha.

Also, a few people have been thinking that the quality will decrease. In my opinion, no. This is still AG we're talking about. Even though they've come a long way, they still obviously care about the dolls and girls more than money. Yeah, of course they have to care about money a little, but sometimes we all forget that AG is still a company.

Anyways, look at these-

These are all (blurry) screenshots from AG's new video introducing BeForever (you can see that HERE). The quality looks like it's all there to me. I mean, look at that bed! That is detailed. And the bike? Just crossing my fingers it's metal. Don't get me wrong, the prices are obviously going to rise, but I think the quality is, too.

Remember, these are my opinions. You don't have to agree with me. If you don't, tell me in the comments! I'd love to hear your personal take on BeForever. If you do agree, tell me too! I love hearing from you. Just please be nice! Opinions are great because everyone's is different!

Have a great day!

Reader Submission and a Tag!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while! I've had a lot of computer issues, but I'm working on them;)

Maria, one of AGA's readers and owner of one of my favorite blogs, My Simple Sweet Dollhouses, sent me some ADORABLE pictures of toddler Anna and Elsa! Here they are:

 This one's my favorite;)

Thanks Maria! These pictures are so sweet!

Speaking of sweet, Maria also tagged me in the Beachy Blogger Award! Thank you!

What is your favorite hobby? This is so hard! I do ballet, violin, piano, orchestra, ice skating, theater, swim, photography, writing, and movie making. I think its a dead tie;D
(Be honest) Do you like getting gifts or receiving them? Honestly, giving gifts. i love watching people's faces light up when you give them a sweet gift. But don't get me wrong, i like being on the other end too;)
What is your favorite beach activities? Exploring! I want to be a marine biologist when I get older, so I love sticking on my goggles and looking at the fish underwater. And I lovelovelove taking pictures at the beach!
What is your opinion on AG's prices? Steep. But for the most part fair. Give or take a few items, you really get what you pay for with AG. Their products are really good quality, and with about 75% of their products, I'd be happy to pay the price.
Dog or cat person? Both! I love playing with dogs and snuggling with kittens:)
What is your favorite movie? Ugh these questions are hard!;) I have a bunch (in no order): Frozen, Tangled, Beauty and the Beast, Brave, Pocahontas, The Little Mermaid, Mulan, Divergent, The Fault in our Stars, Harry Potter, The Hunger Games and Catching Fire, every AG movie (especially Felicity, Molly, and Saige) and Barbie Princess and the PauperXD
What is your least favorite movie? The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones. Which bites because The Mortal Instruments is high up there on my favorite book series list, and Kevin Zegers made such a good Alec, but they really messed up the book:(
Favorite doll line? AG! I may be a little biased;)
Spring or Fall? Both! I love them for different reasons. I love spring because where I live, we have excruciatingly long winters, and spring means sun again;) But I love fall because my birthday's in fall, and the first day of school. Plus I love fall weather, when it's breezy and sunny, so you can put a jacket on and bike ride while being attacked by leaves;) So I guess fall!:D

Thank you so much Maria! This was so much fun and your pictures are so cute!

Have a great day!

The World's Best Garage Sale Find

Whew! I feel like I haven't posted in forever! Ive been super busy with all of the rehearsals for the Little Mermaid I've been busy with.

But I'm back now with a big surprise!

Its so big, I didn't even know it was coming until we passed a garage sale on my street on our way to pick up some groceries. Then my brother and I walked down to see if they had anything good.

And they totally did!
Meet Isla Josefina Sparrow Montoya, a.k.a Josefina!
I almost had a heart attack when I saw a one-legged Josefina on the table. I asked the super nice lady running the sale how much "the pretty doll" was, and she said, get this, $2.00! She seemed to know a lot about AG because she was telling me that she was an AG and her name was Josefina and that she's a Historical Character from New Mexico, and that there's a hospital I can send her to. She was so nice!

My amazing little brother Max generously paid for Josefina. He's so sweet, and I love him so much!
Here's her dismembered leg. For two dollars, it was %100 worth it to send her to the doll hospital. We're probably going to Washington, D.C. again this year, and if we do, we'll send her from there.
Her hair was in this gorgeous French braid when I got her (I've since taken it out). Her hair is so thick, and it's a very dark brown, almost black. It's a little dry, but not very.
And on tyne back of her neck, it says Pleasant Company! I don't know if she's PM or not, but that'd be incredible if she was because PM Josefinas were only made for one year :O If you or someone you know could help me better identify this doll, PLEASE comment/send me to their website/email me. Thank you!:D
I've renamed her Isla because I think kit better suits her, and because I live on an island;) she's going to be on the Meet the Dolls page very shortly, BUT be aware that the Meet the Dolls page is going to be under some major construction soon. I'll update this post (and post a new one) when this project is done.

Thanks for reading!
